The modern system of international relations was marked by the emergence of new problems and conflicts, the resolution of which required completely new methods. One of these problems, which became a phenomenon of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, was the so-called "color revolution". Many countries of the Post-Soviet space after the fall of the USSR slid into an autocratic system of political governance. This led them into the deepest political and socio-economic crises.
This article discusses the phenomenon of "color revolutions" in the post-Soviet space, as well as the causes and consequences that affect the further functioning of the state.
The purpose of this theoretical study is to consider the impact of "color revolutions" in the countries of the Post-Soviet space on further political and socio-economic development.
The result of this theoretical study was the conclusion that the political situation in the countries in which the "color revolutions" took place did not change for the better as a result of the change of power.
PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCES
The article is devoted to the problem of studying school stress. The results of diagnostics of the peculiarities of stress development in younger schoolchildren are presented. Based on an online survey, the attitude to the severity and causes of stress of schoolchildren, teachers and parents was revealed. The possibilities of art therapy as a method of stress correction in schoolchildren are analyzed.
The modern information society, the process of globalization, the associated rapid updating of knowledge require new approaches in education. One of these approaches is the project activity. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that the modern process of deglobalization requires students to be able to work with projects and be able to carry out a project at all stages, from the design stage to the stage of implementation and completion of the project. The aim of the work is to study project activities in educational institutions, their quality and implementation in everyday life.
The basic principle of working with gifted children is to design the trajectory of their learning, taking into account the individual characteristics of development. The article deals with topical issues of identifying gifted students and methods of working with them in history and social studies lessons. The emphasis is placed on working with gifted children of middle and high school level, a comprehensive model of interaction with gifted children in the educational process is proposed, thanks to which it is possible to unlock the potential of gifted students in social studies and history lessons. The authors turn to modern methods of developing intelligence and creativity in talented students.
This article is devoted to the consideration of the development of preschool children's attention as an integrative quality. In the article, attention is considered as a mental process that penetrates into many types of child's activities. Also, the article provides examples of the development of attention, both in the family and in preschool in the course of everyday life.

The language of politics, in particular the study of the specifics of political communication and its gender differences, is of particular interest to linguists. This article examines the features of the lexical and semantic levels of the political discourse of the Spanish politician Adriana Lastra, who represents the interests of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party. Also, at the level of semantics, the political speech strategies and tactics used by the politician in their texts are considered. This study was conducted on the basis of materials published in the official profile of the PSOE on the social network Instagram: 88 political texts in Spanish by Adriana Lastra for 2020-2021.
In modern global politics, as before, Africa occupies one of the important roles, and the unification of the African peoples has been and remains a key issue for the governments of the countries of the continent. There were quite a few leaders among Africans who could not only inspire people to consolidate social, economic and political forces, but also become a living symbol, and one of these people is Kemi Seba, a modern pan-Africanist politician, writer and journalist. He is the central figure of Pan-Africanism in the 21st century. The article presents historical events related to Kemi Seba and his influence on the unification of African states.
The relevance and significance of the study lies in the need to identify the main vectors of development of African countries and their domestic policies. The article uses a comparative descriptive method, the method of historical analysis, as well as classification and synthesis.
In the nuclear field, enterprises are largely exposed to the risk of accidents. In most cases, they arise due to the fault of the staff. That is why high-quality training of employees of enterprises in this industry is the leading direction in the development of a safe sphere for the functioning of industry in the country. Some research methods are based on the analysis and synthesis of information from open sources of legal and regulatory acts of large concerns and enterprises. The obtained data allow us to reproduce the general measures to improve the efficiency of labor resources.
The creation of a safety culture at the leading enterprises of the nuclear industry has led to an unsystematic approach to personnel training. This study provides a detailed analysis of the main aspects of the control of station employees, as well as improving the atmosphere between employees of enterprises. The need for assessment, implementation, further growth and development of the personal qualities of the staff, allows us to characterize many areas in this activity. An important role is played by both motivational and socio-psychological methods of influencing employees. Various methods of conducting personnel analysis, as well as basic tools of professional characteristics will increase the efficiency of labor and productivity of stations.
The paper examines the relevance of further U.S. nuclear weapons deployment in Germany as part of the "nuclear sharing" program. The question is explored in the context of debates in the German parliament, which have had a great resonance in the European media. The positions of proponents and opponents of the nuclear sharing are analyzed using content analysis, and a simulation of the dynamics of U.S.-German relations in the context of the debates is constructed. It concludes that the arguments of the opponents of nuclear deployment may be gain support and serve to continue the debate in the future.
The article discusses one of the topical ways of modern tourism - industrial tourism. It is noted that this type of tourism has its own history and today is in certain demand among tourists. Based on theoretical analysis, the functions of industrial tourism are revealed; Main characteristics; difficulties in its organization. The high potential of industrial tourism in Russia is noted, the lack of a clear method ology for its organization is indicated, which is the main problem for tourism companies and industrial enterprises.
Тhe article discusses the main issues of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Turkey within the framework of state and regional policy, indicates the main importing countries, in particular, the role of interstate agreements in ensuring the development of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Tajikistan, shows Turkey's mediating role in the supply of energy resources to third countries in the aspect of international relations. The main and main natural resources, energy carriers such as gas, coal and oil of the Republic of Turkey are considered. A brief analysis of the dynamics of foreign direct investment in various sub-sectors of the fuel and energy complex is presented. Also, the ongoing reform of the Turkish fuel and energy complex opens up a wide range of opportunities for Russian private business, which should be used to the full. One of the important aspects in foreign policy is RussianTurkish relations, which are of strategic importance.
The article discusses the prospects, problems and trends in the development of health tourism in the Russian Federation, in particular its types such as SPA. Definitions of types of health tourism are given and their features are presented. The factors and features of the development of this type of tourism in modern Russia are analyzed. Health tourism (SPA tourism) abroad is most developed in the USA. At the same time, the share of tourists involved in this type of tourism is the highest in Europe. Russia is not a developed country in this respect, but SPA tourism here also has a good tendency to develop. In addition to the good demand for these types of tourism, Russia also has the necessary natural resources (climate therapy, balneology, mineral waters, mud treatment), as well as a large number of specially protected natural areas, such as national parks and nature reserves. The author comes to the conclusion that under certain conditions and appropriate financing, these types of tourism have a good future.
In the modern world, tourism is an important part of the service sector, which is now one of the most dynamic and promising sectors of the economy. It covers a large number of different areas, it includes all educational and institutions, hotels and restaurants, entertainment and educational enterprises - cinema, theaters, museums and much more. We can say that most of the existing organizations are engaged in the provision of services. Also, the hotel business is one of the foundations of the budget revenues of some Russian cities. The relevance of the study is the strengthening of the role of globalization and the emergence of digital technologies for analyzing consumption and costs in the conduct of the hotel business in Russia.

The purpose of the study is to identify the specifics and nature of the impact of modern hotel business standards on the economy and directly on the hotel and tourism business itself.
