Improving the quality of services as a tool for managing the competitiveness of a hotel enterprise

Abstract

The hotel business in the modern world is one of the most intensively developing sphere of services, which is of great importance for the development of tourist infrastructure in different cities and regions. The hotel business determines the attractiveness of these regions for tourists to visit. The quality of services provided in this area is one of the most important factors. It is the quality of services in the hotel business that determines the level of competitiveness, the possibility of further development and the possibility of securing a foothold in the market for a long time. This article discusses issues that relate to the problem of the quality of hotel business services. The main aspects of the quality of services provided in the hotel industry are analyzed, as well as recommendations for improving the quality of services.
