Mountain trekking as a phenomenon of tourism in the modern world

Abstract

The article is devoted to the main type of tracking – mountain. The factors influencing the mountain trekking tour are substantiated and the existing routes of mountain trekking tours are described. The relevance of the article is explained by the growing interest in the types of active tourism, including tracking. The article offers a comparison and description of various geographical tracking zones in the modern world. The existing requirements for preparing for a trekking tour and the level of training of travelers are analyzed.
