Рractical aspects of the resource development of gifted children in the process of teaching Нistory and Social Studies
Abstract
The basic principle of working with gifted children is to design the trajectory of their learning, taking into account the individual characteristics of development. The article deals with topical issues of identifying gifted students and methods of working with them in history and social studies lessons. The emphasis is placed on working with gifted children of middle and high school level, a comprehensive model of interaction with gifted children in the educational process is proposed, thanks to which it is possible to unlock the potential of gifted students in social studies and history lessons. The authors turn to modern methods of developing intelligence and creativity in talented students.
