The influence of Aghvan Dorzhiev's activity on the spread of Buddhism in the Russian Empire
Abstract
The article examines the role of Agvan Dorzhiev on the process of spreading Buddhism in the Russian Empire. The ideas, motives and activities of the Siberian lama are studied. An assessment of the results of his many years of work in the dissemination of religion is proposed.
