Interior Minister M.T. Loris-Melikov: strokes of biography
Abstract
The article examines the historical personality of M.T. Loris-Melikov, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Empire (1880-1881). The problems of personality are investigated in the context of the corresponding era, in this case, within the era of "Great Reforms". Special emphasis in the study is placed on the biographical aspect of the study of personality.
