K.F. Toll and his role in the development of the Entourage of the H.I.M. Quartermaster unit in the first quarter of the XIX century
Abstract
The article is an attempt to analyze the activities of K.F. Tolya in the field of development of the Institute of the Suite of E.I.V. on the quartermaster unit in the first quarter of the XIX century. The results of this activity are considered in the context of public administration and political institutions. The research is based on a broad historiographical tradition.
