The role of the US President in the context of Russian-American relations in the field of cybersecurity: opportunities and constraints

Abstract

The article examines the figure of the President of the United States of America through the prism of Russian-American relations in the field of cyber security. The limits of the president's activity in this area, his capabilities and limitations are investigated.
