S.P. Diaghilev's contribution to the cultural diplomacy of Russia

Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of "cultural diplomacy", one of the variants of "soft power", through its development in Russia, thanks to the figure of S.P. Diaghilev. The article examines Diaghilev's personal contribution to the formation of a positive image of Russia among foreigners, as well as to the activation of international cultural exchange.
