Education of political culture in high school students (by the example of the case project "The phenomenon of decabrism in the context of Russian history")

Abstract

The relevance of the topic is justified by the fact that the education of the younger generation, the innovative processes of its development are becoming important links in the system of Russian statehood. When developing new standards for general Russian education, they proceed from the fact that it should be aimed at instilling civic, democratic, and patriotic convictions, at building tolerance in the conditions of our multicultural society. The solution of these problems requires the formation of a political culture among the growing citizens as a necessary condition for their spiritual life and spiritual growth; formation of reference points for the younger generation for civil, ethno-national, social, cultural self-identification in the surrounding world.

The authors of the article developed case technology as a means of assessing learning outcomes on the example of a specific historical and political topic, for which they present the process of constructing and testing the results of the lesson. We also systematized the accumulated material on the structure, functions and components of the quest project, further development of its theoretical and practical foundation on the example of a specific historical and political topic, taking into account the criteria and factors for evaluating the results.
