The meaning of labor emigration of the population to Russia for Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan
Abstract
The article analyzes the significance and impact of labor migration of the population to Russia for Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan in macroeconomic and socio-economic terms. The scale of the impact of labor migration is revealed by comparing its results, in the form of remittances of labor migrants to their country of origin, with macroeconomic indicators. The article analyzes the positive results of labor migration of the population, contributing to economic growth and stability in the donor states of labor migrants, identifies the negative consequences of active external labor migration of the population and the associated possible risks both in economic and socio-cultural terms. In addition, the prospects for using the factors of labor emigration of the population as one of the tools for the growth of the economy of donor states are determined.
